Description:
Yummy and healthy way to prepare Sweet Potatoes. Satisfies that french fry craving. So yummy on Cleanse
Ingredients:
2 T Olive Oil
2 large sweet potatoes (peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch long slices, then 1/4-wide inch strips, using a crinkle cut knife, or you can slice the sweet potatoes and make chips instead but may not take as long to cook)
Spice Mix:
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl or ziploc bag, toss sweet potatoes with just enough oil to coat. Mix spices and sprinkle over oil-coated potatoes. Spread sweet potatoes in single layer on baking sheet, being sure not to overcrowd. Bake until sweet potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning occasionally, about 20 minutes. Let cool before serving.
