|Chicken and Beans|

|This is good plain, in tortilla shells, or as a dip.
Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese or olives if desired. If you're on the Cleanse skip the dairy and grains.
|~2-3 chicken breasts cooked/grilled then shredded
~1 can each of black & pinto beans
~1+ cup of salsa
~chopped jalapenos (optional)
|Combine all ingredients in skillet or large pan, heat through. Then smash beans and chicken together with a potato smasher. Simmer a bit until all salsa liquid is gone.
