Favorite vegetables
Cooking Spray or Olive Oil
Spices (Garlic Salt, Lemon Pepper, Salt & Pepper)

One of my favorite healthy side dishes is baked vegetables. 4-Day Cleanse approved. Simply cut your favorite vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a gallon zip bag, spray them with cooking spray or olive oil, add your favorite spices (I love garlic salt), place on cookie sheet, and bake at 375 until crisp.
