Gluten Free/Dairy Free French Toast Casserole |

So delicious and so easy. Make it the night before and you have breakfast for a crowd. Not to be eaten on Cleanse.
| Ingredients: |
1 stick vegan buttery spread
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
12 slices Gluten Free Dairy Free Bread
5 -6 eggs
1 1/2 cups almond milk
| Directions: |
Spray 9 x 13 pan with Pam
Melt vegan spread in microwave bowl, stir in brown sugar & cinnamon
Dip both sides of white bread in mixture & make 2 layers in cake pan
In a bowl, whisk eggs with almond milk until well blended
Pour over bread layers
Cover and refrigerate overnight
Bake covered at 350F 30 minutes
Uncover and continue baking 15 minutes or until set and browned
