Beef Roast with Potatoes & Carrots |

Add more or less of potatoes or carrots as desired. Celery is also good in this roast. The Roast will fall apart when fully cooked. (During Cleanse use large onion and more spices.)
| Ingredients: |
1 cup chopped carrots
2 cups peeled & diced potatoes
3 to 4 pound roast beef or round steak
2 T olive oil
salt and pepper
1 small onion, chopped
1 can beef broth
1 cup water
Onion Soup Mix (or beefy onion) ~ Check for gluten free guarantee
| Directions: |
Place carrots, potatoes & onion in bottom of Crock Pot. Put oil in frying pan and brown all edges of meat. Place meat in crock pot on top of carrots and potatoes. Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper. Pour water & broth over all, then pour dry soup mix over beef. Rub in if desired. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours, or on high for 4-5 hours.
