Lite Chicken ~ Great Cleanse Recipe!
6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
½ c. lemon juice
Garlic salt
Lemon pepper
Place chicken breasts in Pam-sprayed 9 x 13 pan. Pour half the lemon juice over chicken. Sprinkle with garlic salt and lemon pepper. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Turn chicken over, pour remainder of lemon juice on top and sprinkle this side with garlic salt and lemon pepper. Cook another 20 minutes. Enjoy with your favorite side vegetables.
