Description:
FROM: FLAT BELLY DIET
French Fries made with Sweet Potatoes and/or Baking Potatoes
Cleanse approved!
Ingredients:
1 large sweet potato and/or 1 large russet baking potato, peeled and sliced into thin strips
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 450°F.
In a bowl, toss together the potatoes, oil, chili powder, garlic powder, and cumin. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes. Halfway through, turn the fries over and continue baking.
Remove the fries from the oven and place them on several layers of paper towels. Sprinkle with salt.
