Egg & Veggie Scramble |

Saute any of your favorite vegetables and lean meat, then stir in the eggs. Serve with a side a fruit. Perfect for any meal and Detox Cleanse approved.
| Ingredients: |
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/2 diced pepper (any color)
5 diced mushrooms
1/4 of an onion diced
6 halved-cherry tomatoes
4 slices diced ham
4 eggs
| Directions: |
Place olive oil in frying pan on med-hi heat. Saute all veggies and meat, then add the eggs until done.
