Nectarine and Berry Fruit Salad
By Cindy Weber
This fruit salad makes the most of juicy nectarines and fresh blackberries and raspberries. All fruits are awesome! When not on Cleanse, top with a spoonful or two of thick Greek yogurt, preferably the nonfat kind.
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp honey
2 large nectarines, sliced into wedges
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blackberries
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
Whisk lemon juice, orange juice and honey until blended.
Place cut nectarines and berries in a serving bowl. Drizzle citrus and honey mixture over fruit. Toss gently to combine. Scatter mint on top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
