Broccoli-Cauliflower Salad
Make the dressing light by using Light Miracle Whip and less sugar or a sugar substitute. (Veggies & bacon only during Cleanse and you could use olive oil & vinegar dressing instead.)
| Ingredients: |
1 head chopped broccoli
1 head chopped cauliflower
1 diced red onion
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
16 oz shredded or cubed cheddar cheese
| Directions: |
Mix together dressing of 1 c. Miracle Whip, ¾ c. sugar, 2 T. vinegar. Pour over all other ingredients. Refrigerate covered 1 hour before serving.
