1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon celery salt (or powder)

Whisk together the yogurt, honey, mustard, and celery salt in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
