Turkey Burger Deluxe* |

Another spin on the traditional burger for the Outdoor or George Foreman Grill! (Skip the bread crumbs and bun during Cleanse.)
| Ingredients: |
1 pound ground skinless turkey breast
1/2 cup finely chopped sweet apple
1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs (or 1/2 cup Rice Krispies for gluten-free)
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
4 hamburger buns (or eat with gluten-free bun or no bun at all)

Combine turkey, apple, parsley, bread crumbs, and salt. Form into patties.
Grill until desired done-ness. Serve on lightly toasted hamburger buns, gluten-free buns, or no bun at all.
