Join me in the 93-94 degree warm water pool for Yoga. You will love the buoyancy and enjoy how your muscles relax and stretch. Savasana floating on noodles. A great way to start your Tuesday. Join me for 45 minutes of heart-pounding fun! We'll do a certain exercise for 20 seconds (think cardio, arms, legs), take a 10-second recovery break, and then repeat for Four Minutes. Then we take a 1-minute break and repeat that cycle with a different exercise. It's meant to surprise your muscles and your heart. This type of high intensity interval training has been found to heal heart tissue following surgery. It's an amazing, sweaty workout, so bring a set or two of weights, your sweat towel, mat and water. I'll supply the music and fun!

Join me for Yoga at McFarland's hottest, cleanest cross training facility. We will practice and hold poses, as well as work on strengthening and lengthening our muscles. You may use one of my class passes at this facility.
