Your body will thank you for attending this at-home yoga and massage practice. We will begin and end each class with Yoga poses meant to increase your flexibility. In the middle we’ll utilize your foam roller and tennis or lacrosse ball to relieve muscle tightness, soreness, knots, and inflammation. Foam rolling is a self-myofascial release (SMR) technique. Slow Flow and Roll will leave you feeling both relaxed and restored. You must register through Wishing Tree:
